Frequently Asked Questions

Can my dog be in the yard?

 Yes, if your dog is friendly. However, if your dog may or has demonstrated aggressive or protective behavior with any of our staff, we ask that you secure your dog(s) during service. Since dogs may behave different around different staff members, we allow each staff member to determine if they feel it is safe to proceed with a dog in the yard. They may ask for dogs to be secure during service.

Do I have to be present for service?

 No, you do not need to be present as long as we have access to the area you desire to have cleaned.  If you have a lock on your gate, please make sure to leave it unlocked on the day of your scheduled visit. 

How will I know if I have received service?

 We will text you when we are on the way. At the end of the day we will send out an email informing you your yard has been cleaned & include any information we feel is important for you to know (i.e. foreign objects in the stool, loose stools, bloody stools, etc.). 

What happens when the weather is bad?

Regular cleanup continues during most weather as long as it is safe.  In the event of snow, we may delay clean up for a few days to allow the snow to melt.  We will resume regular cleanup on your next service day pending no new snow within 36 hours of service. 

What forms of payment do you accept and is it secure?

 We accept Visa or MasterCard credit card or debit, check, ACH and apple pay. You may choose to provide a credit or debit card for automatic payments or self pay a monthly invoice emailed to you. 


To ensure your payment information remains safe, we use third party payment processing services ensuring the latest security protocols are being used. We never gather any payment information directly on our site.

How do I know when to pay?

You have to ways to pay, self pay and auto pay.

If you are self pay you will receive an emailed invoice monthly with a payment link and due date.


If you chose to set up on auto pay. You will receive an email with a payment link that says "set up auto pay". Follow those instructions and your payment will be automatically processed each month.

What if I lock my gate?

If you lock your gate we ask you unlock it for your day of service. We will make sure your gate is pulled shut and latched after each visit. 


If you would prefer you may provide us with a key or code to your lock.

Do you work on holidays?

 Our staff will not work on the following holidays:  

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Will my yard be serviced the same day each week?

 You will typically receive service on the same day each week.  Occasionally we may need to service you on a different day than normal. You will be notified via email and/or text if we need to service your yard on a different day. 

Do you offer service year round?

 

Yes.  Your pet continues to do their “business” regardless of the time of year so do we.  In fact the rainy season is especially important to regularly pickup after our pets to prevent runoff from polluting our rivers and streams.  Weather may occasionally delay a cleaning, but whenever possible we will be there to clean.  

Are Your bags really biodegrable?

 

Yes.  We use biodegradable bags for all our residential cleanings. This helps reduce plastic waste in our landfills and environment. Our biodegradable bags meet  U.S. standard ASTM D6400. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, our service is month to month. You may cancel anytime. We do have terms of service that you should be familiar with. You can read them here.
